An Introduction to Kriya Yoga Meditation for Spiritual Growth provides the necessary information and fundamental practices so that you can be successful on your spiritual journey.
- In this course we explore the fundamental spiritual philosophies within The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita.
- We review essential routines and lifestyle recommendations that will encourage authentic meditative experiences.
- We review and practice the primary meditation techniques within the Kriya Yoga tradition.
- Includes invitations to monthly online Q&A sessions.
This is a 12 section course of study. Classes are released once a week for 12 weeks. Usual time to complete the course is 12-14 weeks. Your course subscription may be maintained beyond the course delivery window for review, or to continue to participate in the monthly online Q&A Sessions.
